Mechanical cam modernization  (REVAMPING)

The mechanical cams that are used in automatic machines require maintenance for each format change, therefore more or less important machine stops.

An updating process with electronic cams allows to automatically select all the processing parameters in a single format, thus the line is prepared for the new production batch in a short time, significantly reducing costs.

Searching for alternative solutions

The continuous evolution of electronics makes it possible to engineer ever smarter and more integrated solutions, on the other hand the difficulty of finding spare parts increases both for older production lines and for long delivery times; our company is able to propose cam control units compatible with various manufacturers: Omron, ITE by Selet, CET, Indel, Tre bi, Esitron, Italsensor, Pointel, Hohner, Delfo Italiana, Indel, Digitronics Automation, Hermann Zander and Deutschmann.

Assistance and repair 

We use selected components on the market, to be sure of quality and give a 24-month guarantee on all products.

In addition to this, technical assistance during installation and after-sales is of fundamental importance: telephone assistance, tele-assistance via the network, shipment of original spare parts and software updating are the strong points of our service, with a view to intervening in a timely manner and minimize downtime.

Last but not least, we carry out repairs at our headquarters for all the devices we produce… even those over 15 years old!
