Absolute rotary encoders provide a uniquely coded numerical value for each mechanical position of the shaft, storing the value of the current position and thus avoiding the loss of information in the event of restarting the machinery or power failure.
These single-turn absolute transducers are of the optical type, which guarantees a high resolution and therefore suitable for applications that require greater precision and indicated for sectors that require high speed and greater resistance to wear, temperatures and IP protection.
Open-Collector encoders
This type of transducer, with a resolution of 360 pulses/revolution with binary coding, has been designed to satisfy all those applications where characteristics of good reliability are required at a low cost; NPN open-collector parallel output, supports a maximum of 15m cable length.
Push-Pull encoders
This type of transducer, with a resolution of 360 or 1024 pulses/revolution with binary coding, has been designed for industrial environments with high levels of noise and for those applications where characteristics of high mechanical reliability and high electronic precision are required. The completely aluminum structure and the gaskets used guarantee an IP65 degree of protection; push-pull parallel output, supports a maximum of 40m cable length.
