CREI born in Bologna in 1969 beginning with the production of Electric Heaters and Termocouple for the sector of the automatic machine and packaging.
The proximity to some of the most prestigious firms of construction of automatic machine in Europe (displace in Emilia Romagna and especially in Bologna) they allow CREI to develop more and more products suitable to the increasing technology of the sector.
In 1978 CREI becomes CREI STT Elettronica and it begins the production of the first planners of electronic cams (angular position device), that thanks to the most greater precision and facility of management they replace shortly the traditional mechanical
cams.
CREI functions are patented then from immediately for all specifications which will become for all those applications that also need a great precision of control to elevated speeds
fundamental.
